Vendor Terms + Agreement

You will recieve a vendor guide closer to the event
I understand that my vendor fee is to be paid in a timely manner and is non refundable.
I agree to set up my booth prior to the start of the event (10am) and stay open and active for the entirety of the event (until 2pm).
I understand that I will be provided a 10ft by 10 ft space for this event. If I require more space I will let the event team know prior to the event.
I understand that I must clean up after the event, including my own trash and leave my vendor area exactly as I found it or be subject to a cleaning fee.
I understand Sunshine Play + Learn and the event team is not liable for any injury, death, loss or damage whatsoever.
I agree to notify the event team of any new activity, product or change at my booth that was not previously disclosed in my vendor application.
I understand vendors shall save, defend, and hold harmless Sunshine Play + Learn, the event team, and volunteers from any damages or claims arising from Vendor’s activities under this agreement.
I understand neither party is responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under this contract, if it is prevented or delayed in performing those obligations by an event of force majeure. Vendor fee is not refunable in this situation.
