Event Planner
With over 15 years of experience in event planning, Lisette Perdomo is dedicated to transforming visions into unforgettable experiences. Her journey in this dynamic field started at the University of Central Florida where she studied Hospitality Management with a special track in Event Management. She soon started working at Marriott as an Event Concierge and move her way up to become a Meeting Planner with Darden Restaurants in Orlando, FL. After 10 years in Orlando, she moved back home to Miami where she took on the role of Senior Meeting Planner with A+ Plus Meetings & Events. Her professional career has taken her through a diverse array of events, from intimate personal gatherings to large-scale corporate functions and everything in between (incentive travel, weddings, trade shows, team building and more!). Lisette's customers have included LongHorn Steakhouse, Seasons 52, Capital Grille, Staples, Quill.com, American Hotel Registry, and Medtronics to name a few.
After having her first child, she decided to give corporate event planning a break to become a stay at home mom. After having her second child, she decided to open a children's indoor playground in St. Augustine called Sunshine Play & Learn. She grew Sunshine to be a local gem for families to bring their littles one to play with a facility full of toys, play structures, and classes. Lisette continued her event planning passion by helping plan kid parties, host business networking meetings, and hosting public holiday events including a very successful Christmas at the Village community event. Sunshine closed it's doors in July 2023 and launched Reign + Bo Events.
Lisette is now a homeschooling mom of 4 kids and keeps feeding her leadership and entrepreneurial spirit by being heavily involved in the community and consulting others. She leads two moms group, The North Florida motherHOOD and The North Florida Mom Business Network. She is a Board of Director for The Gift of Dance and The Playful Family, both of which are nonprofit families that benefit local North Florida families. Lisette also coordinates church events with Reverb Church's events team and is a consultant for other looking to open their indoor playground.
