Kick off your holiday sales goals and be a part of Christmas at the Village! During this holiday event you will have the opportunity to network and expose your business to hundreds of customers looking to holiday shop and support small businesses.
Making the event extra special... Vendors are essential to making this holiday event a success.
We are looking for vendors that can provide unique gifts, treats or services. We want to give local small businesses the opportunity showcase their talent and products to the local community. We encourage vendors to have a holiday themed activity to attract more visitors to their booth. We will be enticing families to visit vendors with a kid's prize if they complete their a "Polar Express Passport" that will list all vendors.

Vendor Booth $50 You must supply your own tables, chairs and a tent (if desired).
You are required to stay the entire duration of the event (10am - 2pm).
It is important vendors are the right fit for this holiday event to ensure vendor and customer expectations are met. If you are interested in showcasing your business at the event, please submit the application below. Once you submit an application we will email to confirm if your business meets our holiday event criteria and is approved. You will then be sent an invoice for payment. Once we receive payment, your logo and website/social media links will be added to ticket and event page.
MLM businesses are allowed but only one rep per company will be accepted.
Sponsors For sponsorship opportunities click here. Sponsorships are a great way to showcase your business leading up to the event. Vendors can also be sponsors. Sponsors do not need a booth space. Sponsorships are open to all businesses, without application process.
